Organizations

Create an organization, switch between spaces, invite people, and understand roles and usage.

An organization is a separate space for projects and private assistant conversations. You can belong to several organizations. Solo work uses the same model: the organization Radiant creates when you first sign in holds just you, as its Owner.

Create or switch

Use the organization button in the top bar or beside a project's title. Choose an existing organization to open its Projects page, or choose Create organization and enter a name. Creating an organization requires a verified email address, and each account can create one organization during beta.

Each browser tab keeps its own organization. Its Projects page, settings, and Discovery carry the organization in the URL; a project's own link does not, so the tab takes its organization from the project instead. Switching one tab does not switch another. Owners and Admins can change the organization's name and link in Organization settings. Changing the link breaks the organization's Projects, settings, and Discovery links; a project's own link keeps working, since it never named the organization. Other tabs open on the old organization link need to be reopened. Running chats and tasks stay in the organization where they started. Send or clear chat drafts and wait for canvas changes to sync before switching.

New users can sign in with Google or an email code, and every new account gets a welcome email. Existing password users can choose Use password on the login screen, where Forgot password? emails a link to choose a new one. The link works once, for 60 minutes, and setting a password signs you out everywhere. The first time you sign in, Radiant asks you to confirm your display name. If an invitation is waiting, you go on to join its organization. Otherwise Radiant creates an organization named after you, opens a new project in it, and you can rename both later.

Invite people

Owners and Admins invite people by email from Organization settings. Invitations default to Member, expire after seven days, and require the recipient to verify the matching email address. You can resend or revoke an invitation; resending replaces the old link. Recipients can decline. An organization holds up to five people, counting members and outstanding invitations, so revoking an invitation frees a place. Radiant staff can raise either limit for an account or organization: when you reach one, Radiant shows a Contact us button where the form would be.

RoleWhat it allows
OwnerManage settings, members, ownership, and organization deletion requests
AdminManage settings, members, invitations, and nonprivate projects
MemberCreate projects and edit nonprivate projects
ViewerRead accessible projects and use private, read-only AI chat

Owner promotion is a separate membership action. At least one Owner must remain. Organization roles do not grant platform administration or access to someone else's Private content.

Usage during beta

Each verified user has a monthly allowance of AI credits, shared across all your organizations. It refreshes on your signup day each month. Creating or joining an organization does not grant more credits.

Owners and Admins can see their organization's totals and per-member totals in settings, without private project or chat names. They cannot see spending in your other organizations. Charges remain counted if a chat, project, or organization is deleted. The allowance gates new turns; a run already started can take total spending above it. Billing and paid organization budgets are deferred.

Leaving and deletion

When a member leaves or is removed, nonprivate project stewardship moves to an organization Owner. Private projects and chats remain locked during beta. Rejoining the same organization restores access to your retained private content. Your API keys and connected apps stop reaching the organization when you leave, and reach it again if you rejoin. Canceled tasks do not restart.

During beta, organization and account deletion are handled by Radiant staff after a verified request. Use the request controls in settings. Organization deletion includes members' private projects and chats in that organization. Staff review provider-held execution data and backups as part of disposal and communicate any retention limitations.
